The Origin

"I watched everyone reaching for sports drinks without a second thought. Then my daughter started asking for them and it hit me."

I'm a pelvic floor physiotherapist, former competitive athlete, and lifelong women's health advocate. Not a single one of those drinks was designed for her. Sports drinks replenish what's lost in the game. But what about what we lose every month?

So we built something different. A 90ml menstrual support drink to restore balance and keep you feeling good.
