I'm a former competitive athlete, pelvic floor physiotherapist, and I was tired of waiting.

The idea hit me at my daughter's hockey practice. I looked around at all the sports drinks – Gatorade, Body Armour, Prime – and realized… not a single one designed for what women's bodies actually go through.

So we built it. A 90ml menstrual support drink with key ingredients like iron, B vitamins, and folic acid.
